Lychee Wasabi Baked Pears


Timing:

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 45 Minutes

4 Bartlett pears peeled cored and cut in half lengthwise
½ cup Prometheus Lychee wasabi
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  1. In a large bowl combine Prometheus Lychee Wasabi, sugar, lemon juice, flour and cinnamon
  2. Toss pears in the mixture and coat evenly.
  3. Place pears cut side down in a 9×13 baking dish and pour remaining mixture over the top of the pears
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes or until pears are fork tender
